By booking with Bloom & Blur, you agree to the following terms. These are in place to protect both our clients and our team, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from consultation to delivery.
Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable retainer of 30% is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and payment plans for collections over $5,000.
Coverage & Deliverables
All collections include a pre-consultation, professional editing, and delivery via a private online gallery. Turnaround time is 5–10 days for photography and 2–4 weeks for cinematography. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
Travel & Accommodation
Destination weddings within the United States are subject to travel fees based on distance. International weddings (including Ghana and West Africa) require round-trip airfare, accommodation, and a per diem for the team. A custom quote will be provided.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event will forfeit the retainer only. Cancellations within 90 days are subject to the full collection fee. Rescheduling within 12 months of the original date is complimentary (subject to availability).
Usage & Copyright
Bloom & Blur retains copyright of all images and films. Clients receive a personal-use license for sharing, printing, and displaying their images. Commercial use requires written permission. We reserve the right to use images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability
While we take every precaution to deliver exceptional results, Bloom & Blur is not liable for circumstances beyond our control including equipment failure, acts of God, or venue restrictions. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services.
Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking is used solely for service delivery and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Online galleries are password-protected and accessible only to you and your approved guests.
